These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bd39 and its users. By registering on the bd39 platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

7 VIP Program

The bd39 VIP program has three tiers. Based on regular play, you can advance to a higher tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week plus additional benefits.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week and the highest level of benefits.

bd39 reserves the right to change VIP benefits and cashback terms. Cashback is generally credited on a set day each week.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd39 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Using any software, bot, script or automated method to place bets or operate games.
• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Attempting to access another user's account or collecting their personal information.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or exploiting vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other users to artificially obtain bonus or promotion benefits.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account, forfeiture of all balances and applicable legal action may be taken.

9 Responsible Gaming
